Before founding Modern Plumbing Systems, our chief Master Plumber held positions at several local and national plumbing companies including AmPam Mechanical, Atlas Plumbing, and Magnolia Plumbing. Best plumber ever! I was told by a different plumbing company that I needed a new water heater and that they were going to charge me A LOT of money! I called Brian and he came out the same day to look at my water heater. He told me it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a new part. He took the time to answer all my questions and was so professional. He was able to easily fix my water heater. I appreciate how honest this company is! I will be using them always from now on!!!

I never had to call a plumber before so didn’t know where to start and was nervous about pricing. I found raving reviews of Brian on nextdoor so I decided to get our sink fixed for the new year. Brian was professional and friendly with quick turnaround time. Shoes at the door which I appreciate a lot since we don’t wear shoes inside our house. I highly recommend Modern Plumbling Systems! This company was great. Specifically, I worked with Brian. He called me immediately, identified the issue over the phone, quoted me a price, and was willing to come out the same day. Due to my own scheduling issues, I called back the next morning, he called me back within minutes, and he was at my house 20 minutes later to fix the water heater. I wish all repair people were like this and attentive! Brian and his team are great....and he can hold a great conversation! I would highly recommend this company. We had severe plumbing issues over the Easter weekend and they came first thing Monday to fix it. It was not an easy fix, but they spent hours upon hours until they found the issue. I found them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. One thing I really appreciated was how well they cleaned up after they were done. Overall, I was impressed and will use their services again.

Brian Spurlin (and assistant Joshua) arrived promptly, with all the necessary equipment, and set right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently - the bathtub drain blockage was completely cleared in no more than 10 minutes. Afterward, Brian told me about a helpful (and very inexpensive) tool that could help me fix any future drain blockages without having to call a plumber - he even directed me to their website (also available at DIY centers). He also volunteered helpful advice about how to help prevent toilet blockages, and information about hot water heaters (mine is very old and due for replacement). Overall, a thoroughly professional and reasonably priced service. Brian will definitely be our go-to plumber in the future.

This is the second time Modern Plumbing solved my plumbing problem and I have been very pleased with the skill, professionalism, neatness, and politeness of Brian and his co-worker Jake. I definitely will call them again and highly recommend them for their knowledge and fair prices.
